1. One-off session: A holistic nutrition and lifestyle assessment and action plan via questionnaire and consultation. The aim is to identify goals, barriers and expectations whilst gaining a solid understanding of how current lifestyle behaviours such as diet, exercise, sleep, habits and stress influence your health and wellbeing in order to implement change.

2. Coaching package: A holistic nutrition and lifestyle assessment as per above, but also includes a plan for action and implementation, plus follow-up and review support.

3. Regular or continued support/training: This ranges from accountability check-ins, challenges, implementation support, active sessions.

Group Health Coaching

For those that prefer the energy, encouragement and additional support from others on a similar health journey, being part of a group my be the right coaching style. Each individual will have access to personalised coaching and allocated to groups accordingly for a variety of interactive sessions.
