Hello and Welcome

I am so happy you found ME :)

My name is Mary and I am a Registered Dietitian; qualified Sleep, Stress and Recovery Coach; and soon to be Personal Trainer. I am determined to serve as many people as I can to create positive change and empowerment using evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle solutions that will work for you and your unique body!! I cannot wait to support you in your wellness journey and help you reach your health goals through my coaching, programmes, and educational offerings.

As a mother of 3 young boys while studying or setting up a business, I understand the pressures of hectic lifestyles and how hard it can be to prioritise health. We also live in a society that encourages convenience, offers quick and often ineffective solutions, provides an abundance of contradictory information and overstimulation, and this can disengage us from what our body and mind need. For many of us this can present challenges, confusion and overwhelm, and have a negative impact on our health. Enabling the right changes in order to prevent stagnation and drive action to improve health and reduce the risk chronic illness is what I am deeply passionate about, and I am here to help. Medicine can extend our lifespan, but making the right nutrition and lifestyle choices today can significantly boost our quality of life and increase our healthspan, so that we can live life to the fullest for longer!

About ME

Get Healthy with ME is about valuing and prioritising health, understanding the deep connection between the mind and body, and creating change. What you do and put into your body directly influences your wellbeing, and the aim is to guide you in making both small and significant behavioural and nutritional changes that lead to lasting transformation so you can thrive. Get Healthy with ME encourages you to find space (ME Time) with the resources you need to make positive shifts in your thoughts, actions, feelings, and habits. Reconnecting with yourself will enhance how you look, feel and move, allowing you to confidently embrace what works best for your individual body and lifestyle. The approach is centred on being mindful in your choices and covers key areas to empower you on your journey to a move healthful life.

Mindful Eating: Helping you understand and improve your relationship with food - what you eat, when you eat, how you eat and the emotions surrounding these choices, including your eating environment.

Mindful Exercise / Movement and Exercise: Guiding you in being intentional about your physical activity - why, when and how often you move, play, rest, and your balance, mobility, strength and recovery.

Mindful Experience: Helping you navigate your daily life by reflecting on the past, planning for the future and making mindful choices in the present. Supporting you in cultivating a positive mindset by focussing on your thoughts, motivations and fears, and helping you live with greater awareness.

Mindful Education: Emphasising continuous learning to expand your knowledge and skills, supporting your overall health journey.

Mindful Engagement: Inspiring you to stay committed, find your purpose, and take consistent action towards your goals.
